본 페이지는 KANINE 계정(Apple · Google · KANINE 이메일 가입 계정)과 그에 연결된 모든 데이터의 삭제 방법을 안내합니다. KANINE 계정은 2kanineh의 전 앱(Budo 등)에 공통 적용되며, 계정 삭제 시 연결된 모든 앱의 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.

1. 앱에서 직접 삭제 (권장)

앱 실행 → 설정 탭
계정 선택
맨 아래 계정 삭제 요청 선택
안내 확인 후 삭제 확정

2. 앱 접근이 불가능한 경우

앱을 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우, 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소로 아래 연락처에 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 후 동일하게 처리됩니다.

3. 30일 유예 기간

삭제 요청 시점부터 30일의 유예 기간이 적용됩니다. 유예 기간 내에 다시 로그인하면 삭제 요청을 취소할 수 있으며, 기간 경과 후에는 모든 데이터가 영구 삭제되어 복구할 수 없습니다.

4. 삭제되는 데이터

계정 정보: 이메일, 닉네임, 로그인 제공자 연동 정보(Apple · Google · KANINE)
앱 이용 기록: 수련 기록, 노트, 건강 지표 미러 데이터 등 서버(Firestore)에 저장된 전체 데이터
외부 연동 토큰 및 설정값

단, 관계 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 정보(예: 가입 감사 로그)는 해당 법정 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기됩니다. 기기 내 iCloud(CloudKit) 개인 데이터는 이용자의 iCloud 계정에 속하며, 앱 데이터 삭제와 함께 제거됩니다.

This page explains how to delete your KANINE account (signed up via Apple, Google, or KANINE email) and all associated data. A KANINE account is shared across all 2kanineh apps (including Budo); deleting your account removes your data from all connected apps.

1. Delete in the App (Recommended)

Open the app → Settings tab
Select Account
Tap Request Account Deletion at the bottom
Review the notice and confirm

2. If You Cannot Access the App

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you may request deletion by email from the address you registered with. The request is processed identically after identity verification.

3. 30-Day Grace Period

A 30-day grace period applies from the time of your request. Signing in again within this period cancels the deletion. After the period ends, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

4. Data That Will Be Deleted

Account data: email, nickname, sign-in provider links (Apple · Google · KANINE)
App records: training logs, notes, mirrored health metrics, and all other server-side (Firestore) data
External integration tokens and settings

Data subject to statutory retention (e.g., sign-up audit logs) is stored separately for the legally required period and then destroyed. On-device iCloud (CloudKit) private data belongs to your iCloud account and is removed together with the app data.

本ページでは、KANINE アカウント(Apple・Google・KANINE メールで登録したアカウント)と、それに紐づくすべてのデータの削除方法をご案内します。KANINE アカウントは 2kanineh の全アプリ(Budo など)に共通で適用され、アカウントを削除すると連携するすべてのアプリのデータが削除されます。

1. アプリ内で削除(推奨)

アプリを起動 → 設定タブ
アカウントを選択
最下部のアカウント削除リクエストを選択
案内を確認し、削除を確定

2. アプリにアクセスできない場合

アプリを削除した場合やログインできない場合は、登録時のメールアドレスから下記宛に削除をご依頼いただけます。本人確認の後、同様に処理いたします。

3. 30日間の猶予期間

削除リクエストの時点から30日間の猶予期間が適用されます。期間内に再ログインすると削除リクエストを取り消すことができます。期間経過後は、すべてのデータが完全に削除され、復元できません。

4. 削除されるデータ

アカウント情報:メールアドレス、ニックネーム、ログインプロバイダ連携情報(Apple・Google・KANINE)
アプリ利用記録:稽古記録、ノート、健康指標ミラーデータなど、サーバー(Firestore)に保存された全データ
外部連携トークンおよび設定値

ただし、法令により保存義務のある情報(例:登録監査ログ)は、法定期間中分離保管した後に破棄します。端末内の iCloud(CloudKit)個人データはご利用者の iCloud アカウントに属し、アプリデータの削除とともに除去されます。
