본 방침은 2kanineh.com 플랫폼이 제공하는 서비스 이용 시 수집·이용·보관되는 개인정보를 안내합니다. 2kanineh.com 플랫폼은 대한민국의 헌법 이하 모든 법령을 준수하며, 개인정보보호법(PIPA)·GDPR 등 관련 법령을 따릅니다. 현재 beloved · backbone · bread&butter · Budo · GAN · 2kanineh Console 서비스를 제공합니다.

운영자는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 국외 수탁사에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 회원은 가입 시 이에 동의합니다. 계정 데이터의 주 저장소(Firestore)는 국내(서울, asia-northeast3)에 있으나, 계정 인증·AI 기능·일부 서버리스 처리가 국외에서 이루어집니다.

국외 이전 동의를 거부할 수 있으나, 인증·AI 등 핵심 기능 제공이 제한되어 회원 가입이 불가할 수 있습니다.

[backbone] backbone는 개인 기록·정서 웰빙을 돕는 도구이며, 의학적·심리학적 진단이나 치료를 제공하지 않습니다. 정신건강에 어려움을 겪고 있다면 전문가나 정신건강 상담(예: 정신건강 위기상담 1577-0199)에 연락하십시오.
[bread&butter] bread&butter는 사용자가 입력한 업무·일정 정보를 저장·정리하는 도구이며, 입력 데이터의 정확성·완전성은 사용자에게 있습니다.
[Budo] Budo의 AI 코치 응답·HealthKit/BLE 측정값·식약처 약물·식품 정보는 참고용이며 의학적 진단·처방·치료를 대신할 수 없습니다(의료법 §27). 복용·치료 결정은 반드시 의사·약사와 상담하십시오. 무도 수련은 부상 위험이 있으며, 본인의 신체 상태에 맞게 자격 있는 지도자의 안내를 따르십시오.
[GAN] GAN의 회원 운영 데이터는 소속 도장의 운영자(관리자)가 운영 목적으로 처리합니다. 회원은 본인 계정 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 무도 수련은 부상 위험이 있으며 자격 있는 지도자의 안내를 따르십시오.
[2kanineh Console] 2kanineh Console은 관리자 권한을 가진 운영자만 사용하는 내부 운영 도구입니다. 일반 이용자에게 배포되지 않으며, 운영자는 회원 데이터를 운영·법적 의무 범위 내에서만 처리합니다.

The 2kanineh.com platform complies with the Constitution of the Republic of Korea and all applicable laws, including PIPA and the GDPR. To provide the service, the Operator consigns processing to the overseas processors below, and you consent to this at sign-up. The primary account-data store (Firestore) is located in Korea (Seoul, asia-northeast3); however, account authentication, AI features, and certain serverless processing occur overseas.

You may decline overseas-transfer consent; however, core features such as authentication and AI cannot be provided, and sign-up may not be possible.

[bread&butter] bread&butter is a tool that stores and organizes the work and schedule information you enter; the accuracy and completeness of that input is your responsibility.
[Budo] Budo’s AI-coach responses, HealthKit/BLE measurements, and drug/food information are for reference only and cannot replace medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. Always consult a physician or pharmacist for medication and treatment decisions. Martial-arts practice carries a risk of injury; train under a qualified instructor appropriate to your physical condition.
[GAN] GAN’s member-operations data is processed by the dojo operator (admin) for operational purposes. Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their own account information. Martial-arts practice carries a risk of injury; train under a qualified instructor.

国外移転への同意を拒否できますが、認証・AI等の主要機能が提供できず、会員登録ができない場合があります。

[bread&butter] bread&butter は利用者が入力した業務・予定情報を保存・整理するツールであり、入力データの正確性・完全性は利用者に帰属します。
[Budo] Budo の AIコーチ応答・HealthKit/BLE 測定値・薬物/食品情報は参考用であり、医学的な診断・処方・治療に代わるものではありません。服薬・治療の判断は必ず医師・薬剤師にご相談ください。武道の稽古には負傷のリスクがあり、ご自身の身体状態に合わせ、有資格の指導者の案内に従ってください。
[GAN] GAN の会員運営データは、所属道場の運営者(管理者)が運営目的で処理します。会員は自身のアカウント情報の閲覧・訂正・削除を請求できます。武道の稽古には負傷のリスクがあり、有資格の指導者の案内に従ってください。
[2kanineh Console] 2kanineh Console は管理者権限を持つ運営者のみが使用する内部運営ツールです。一般利用者には配布されず、運営者は会員データを運営・法的義務の範囲内でのみ処理します。
