이용약관
1. 목적
2kanineh.com 플랫폼은 대한민국의 헌법 이하 모든 법령을 준수합니다. 본 약관은 2kanineh(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 2kanineh.com(이하 "플랫폼")의 이용 조건·절차·운영자와 회원 간 권리·의무·책임 사항을 규정합니다.
2. 정의
- "플랫폼" — 2kanineh.com에서 제공하는 웹페이지 내 대시보드, 관리자 피드백 등 Budo iOS·watchOS·Widgets 앱 일체 및 향후 지원될 모든 서비스를 아우르는 장소
- "회원" — Apple/Google Sign-In/kanine계정으로 가입한 사용자
- "게스트" — 회원가입 없이 만 14세 이상 확인 후 이용하는 사용자
- "콘텐츠" — 사용자가 입력·업로드한 수련·체중·식사·약물·일정 기록 등
3. 약관의 효력·변경
본 약관은 회원가입 또는 게스트 진입 시 동의함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 운영자는 관계 법령 준수 범위 내에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 화면 및 landing 페이지에서 30일 전에 공지합니다.
4. 서비스의 제공
운영자는 다음 기능을 무상으로 제공하나 운영비 등의 사정으로 일부 항목에 대해 유상 제공이 될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 최소 30일 전 공지드립니다.
- 2kanineh.com에서 제공하는 웹페이지 각 기능 및 Budo App, 향후 출시될 앱
- Budo App 앱 전반 기능 및 향후 업데이트 될 내용과 기능
- 무도 수련·체중·활동·식사·약물·일정·웰빙·통계 기록
- AI 코치 (Anthropic Claude) 대화 응답
- HealthKit·BLE 측정값 통합 표시
- 식약처 OpenAPI 약물·식품 검색
시스템 점검·기술적 사유로 일시 중단될 수 있으며, 운영자는 이로 인한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 회원의 의무
- 본인 명의·이메일로 가입하며 타인의 정보를 도용하지 않습니다.
- 계정 자격(Apple ID / Google 계정 / kanine)을 안전하게 보관합니다.
- 만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다 (PIPA §22-2).
- 법령 위반·타인 명예 훼손·불법 활동을 위한 서비스 사용을 금지합니다.
- AI 코치에 민감 정보(주민번호·신용카드·비밀번호 등)를 입력하지 않습니다.
6. 운영자의 의무
운영자는 회원의 개인정보를 처리방침에 따라 보호하며, 회원의 정당한 의견·고충을 영업일 7일 이내 처리합니다. 운영자는 광고를 게재하지 않으며 회원 데이터를 제3자에게 영리 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.
7. 면책 사항 (의료·정보 정확성)
Budo의 AI 코치 응답·HealthKit/BLE 측정값·식약처 약물·식품 정보는 참고용이며 의학적 진단·처방·치료를 대신할 수 없습니다 (의료법 §27). 복용·치료 결정은 반드시 의사·약사와 상담하십시오. 외부 API 데이터의 정확성·최신성은 해당 제공자에 의존하며, 운영자는 보장하지 않습니다.
8. 콘텐츠 권리
사용자가 본 서비스에 입력·업로드한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 사용자 본인에게 귀속됩니다. 운영자는 서비스 제공·다플랫폼 동기화 목적 범위에서만 해당 콘텐츠를 처리합니다. 무도 카탈로그·식약처 API 등 외부 출처 데이터는 본 앱의 "데이터 출처" 화면 라이선스 표기를 따릅니다.
9. 회원 탈퇴·서비스 중단
회원은 설정 → 계정 → 탈퇴로 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 30일 grace period 후 영구 삭제됩니다 (취소 가능). 운영자는 회원의 약관·법령 중대 위반 시 사전 통지 후 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 서비스 종료 시 30일 전 공지합니다.
10. 분쟁 해결·준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 분쟁 발생 시 우선 운영자와 협의하여 해결하며, 미해결 시 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 처리합니다. 회원이 외국 거주자라도 본 조항이 적용됩니다.
11. 시행일
본 약관은 2026년 5월 11일부터 시행됩니다.
1. Purpose
The 2kanineh.com platform complies with the Constitution of the Republic of Korea and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of 2kanineh.com (the "Platform"), operated by 2kanineh (the "Operator"), and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Operator and members.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means the dashboards and administrative feedback features on 2kanineh.com, together with the Budo iOS, watchOS, and Widgets applications and any future services offered under 2kanineh.com.
- "Member" means a user who has signed up through Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or a kanine account.
- "Guest" means a user who, without signing up, has confirmed being at least 14 years of age.
- "Content" means training, weight, meal, medication, schedule, and similar records that you enter or upload.
3. Effect and Amendment of the Terms
These Terms take effect upon your agreement at sign-up or upon entering as a guest. The Operator may amend the Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and will give thirty (30) days' prior notice of any amendment on this page and on the landing site.
4. Provision of Service
The Operator provides the following features at no charge. Certain items may be offered for a fee in the future due to operating cost considerations; in such case at least thirty (30) days' prior notice will be given:
- All features of the 2kanineh.com web pages, the Budo App, and any future apps
- All features and future updates of the Budo App
- Records of martial-arts training, weight, activity, meals, medication, schedule, wellbeing, and statistics
- AI Coach (Anthropic Claude) responses
- HealthKit and BLE measurement display
- Drug and food search via the MFDS Open API
The Platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons; the Operator is not liable for damages arising from such suspension.
5. Obligations of Members
- Sign up under your own name and email address; do not misappropriate the information of others.
- Keep your account credentials (Apple ID, Google account, or kanine account) secure.
- Users under 14 years of age may not use the Platform (per PIPA §22-2).
- Do not use the Platform to violate any law, defame others, or conduct illegal activity.
- Do not enter sensitive personal data (resident registration number, credit-card number, passwords, etc.) into the AI Coach.
6. Obligations of the Operator
The Operator shall protect members' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and shall address legitimate opinions and complaints within seven (7) business days. The Operator does not display advertising and does not provide member data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimers (Medical and Informational Accuracy)
The Budo AI Coach responses, HealthKit/BLE measurements, and MFDS drug and food information are for reference only and do not constitute medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment (Korean Medical Service Act §27). Decisions on medication or treatment must be made in consultation with a physician or pharmacist. Accuracy and currency of data from external APIs depend on the respective providers, and the Operator gives no warranty.
8. Content Rights
Copyright in Content that you enter or upload to the Platform belongs to you. The Operator processes such Content only to the extent necessary for service provision and multi-platform synchronization. External-source data such as martial-arts catalogs and MFDS API data is subject to the license notices shown on the App's "Data Sources" screen.
9. Member Withdrawal and Service Termination
Members may withdraw at any time via Settings → Account → Withdraw; the account is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period (during which the withdrawal may be cancelled). The Operator may restrict use, with prior notice, in the event of material breach of these Terms or applicable law. Thirty (30) days' notice will be given for any Service termination.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be addressed in consultation with the Operator; unresolved disputes will be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. This clause applies even to members residing outside Korea.

These Terms take effect on 11 May 2026.

2kanineh.com プラットフォームは、大韓民国憲法をはじめとするすべての関係法令を遵守します。本規約は、2kanineh(以下「運営者」)が提供する 2kanineh.com(以下「本プラットフォーム」)の利用条件・手続・運営者と会員間の権利義務および責任事項を定めるものです。
2. 定義
- 「本プラットフォーム」 — 2kanineh.com で提供するウェブページ内のダッシュボード、管理者フィードバック等の Budo iOS・watchOS・Widgets アプリ一式、および今後対応する全てのサービスを包括する場をいいます。
- 「会員」 — Apple Sign-In、Google Sign-In または kanine アカウントにより登録した利用者をいいます。
- 「ゲスト」 — 会員登録を行わず、満 14 歳以上であることを確認のうえ利用する利用者をいいます。
- 「コンテンツ」 — 利用者が入力・アップロードした稽古・体重・食事・服薬・予定の記録等をいいます。
3. 規約の効力・変更
本規約は、会員登録時またはゲスト入場時に同意することにより効力を生じます。運営者は関係法令の範囲内で本規約を改定でき、変更時は本画面および landing ページにおいて 30 日前に告知します。
4. サービスの提供
運営者は次の機能を無償で提供しますが、運営費等の事情により一部項目を有償とする場合があります。その場合は最低 30 日前に告知します。
- 2kanineh.com のウェブページ各機能、Budo App および今後リリースされるアプリ
- Budo App 全般の機能および今後の更新内容・機能
- 武道稽古・体重・活動・食事・服薬・予定・ウェルビーイング・統計記録
- AI コーチ(Anthropic Claude)応答生成
- HealthKit・BLE 計測値の統合表示
- 食品医薬品安全処オープン API による薬物・食品検索
システム保守・技術上の事由により一時中断する場合があり、これによる損害について運営者は責任を負いません。
5. 会員の義務
- 本人名義・メールにて登録し、他人の情報を盗用しないこと。
- アカウント認証情報(Apple ID、Google アカウント、kanine アカウント)を安全に保管すること。
- 満 14 歳未満は利用できません(PIPA §22-2)。
- 法令違反・名誉毀損・違法行為のための利用を禁止します。
- AI コーチに機微情報(住民番号・クレジットカード番号・パスワード等)を入力しないこと。
6. 運営者の義務
運営者は会員の個人情報を本プライバシーポリシーに従って保護し、会員からの正当な意見・苦情を営業日 7 日以内に処理します。運営者は広告を掲載せず、会員データを第三者へ営利目的で提供することはありません。
7. 免責事項(医療・情報正確性)
Budo の AI コーチ応答、HealthKit/BLE 計測値、食品医薬品安全処の薬物・食品情報は参考用であり、医学的診断・処方・治療に代わるものではありません(韓国「医療法」§27)。服用・治療の判断は必ず医師・薬剤師にご相談ください。外部 API データの正確性・最新性は各提供者に依存し、運営者はこれを保証しません。
8. コンテンツの権利
本プラットフォームに利用者が入力・アップロードしたコンテンツの著作権は利用者本人に帰属します。運営者はサービス提供・複数プラットフォーム同期の目的の範囲でのみ当該コンテンツを取り扱います。武道カタログ・食品医薬品安全処 API 等の外部出典データは、本アプリの「データ出典」画面のライセンス表記に従います。
9. 会員退会・サービス停止
会員は「設定 → アカウント → 退会」よりいつでも退会でき、30 日の猶予期間後に永久削除されます(期間内であれば取消可能)。運営者は会員による本規約・法令の重大な違反がある場合、事前通知のうえ利用を制限できます。サービス終了時には 30 日前に告知します。
10. 紛争解決・準拠法
本規約は大韓民国の法令に従います。紛争が生じた場合はまず運営者と協議のうえ解決し、未解決の場合は民事訴訟法上の管轄裁判所において処理されます。会員が外国居住者であっても本条が適用されます。
11. 施行日
本規約は 2026 年 5 月 11 日より施行されます。
