1. 목적

2kanineh.com 플랫폼은 대한민국의 헌법 이하 모든 법령을 준수합니다. 본 약관은 2kanineh(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 2kanineh.com 플랫폼 서비스-Budo(무도 수련·신체 관리·일상 운영을 통합하는 수련 기록 앱)의 이용 조건·절차 및 운영자와 회원의 권리·의무를 규정합니다.

2. 정의

"회원"은 본 약관에 동의하고 2kanineh.com 플랫폼 서비스-Budo을(를) 이용하는 자, "콘텐츠"는 회원이 입력·업로드한 데이터를 말합니다.

3. 약관의 효력·변경

본 약관은 회원가입 또는 게스트 진입 시 동의로 효력이 발생합니다. 운영자는 법령 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며 변경 시 본 화면 및 landing 페이지에 30일 전 공지합니다.

4. 서비스의 제공

운영자는 다음 기능을 제공합니다: 핵심 기능 제공: 수련 기록·통계·건강 추이·AI 코칭·일정 통합; 계정 관리 및 본인 기기 간 동기화(iPhone·iPad·Apple Watch); 리마인더 알림(수련·약물·건강); 서비스 개선(개인 식별 정보 미사용). 운영비 사정으로 일부가 유상이 될 수 있으며 이 경우 30일 전 공지합니다. 시스템 점검·기술적 사유로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

5. 회원의 의무

회원은 타인의 권리를 침해하지 않고, 허위 정보·부정 이용·자동 가입을 하지 않으며, 계정 보안을 유지할 의무가 있습니다.

6. 운영자의 의무

운영자는 회원의 개인정보를 처리방침에 따라 보호하고 정당한 고충을 영업일 7일 내 처리합니다. 운영자는 광고를 게재하지 않으며 회원 데이터를 제3자에게 영리 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.

7. 면책 사항

Budo의 AI 코치 응답·HealthKit/BLE 측정값·식약처 약물·식품 정보는 참고용이며 의학적 진단·처방·치료를 대신할 수 없습니다(의료법 §27). 복용·치료 결정은 반드시 의사·약사와 상담하십시오. 무도 수련은 부상 위험이 있으며, 본인의 신체 상태에 맞게 자격 있는 지도자의 안내를 따르십시오.

8. 콘텐츠 권리

회원이 입력·업로드한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 회원 본인에게 귀속됩니다. 운영자는 서비스 제공·기기 간 동기화 목적 범위에서만 콘텐츠를 처리합니다. 외부 출처 데이터는 앱의 "데이터 출처" 표기를 따릅니다.

9. 회원 탈퇴·서비스 중단

회원은 설정 → 계정 → 탈퇴로 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있으며 30일 grace period 후 영구 삭제됩니다(취소 가능). 운영자는 약관·법령 중대 위반 시 사전 통지 후 이용을 제한할 수 있고, 서비스 종료 시 30일 전 공지합니다.

10. 분쟁 해결·준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 우선 운영자와 협의하며, 미해결 시 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 처리합니다. 회원이 외국 거주자라도 본 조항이 적용됩니다.

11. 시행일

본 약관은 2026-06-22부터 시행됩니다.

1. Purpose

The 2kanineh.com platform complies with the Constitution of the Republic of Korea and all applicable laws. These Terms govern the conditions of use and the rights and obligations between 2kanineh (the "Operator") and members regarding 2kanineh.com platform service — Budo (a training app integrating martial-arts practice, body management, and daily operations).

2. Definitions

A "Member" is anyone who accepts these Terms and uses 2kanineh.com platform service — Budo; "Content" means data a member enters or uploads.

3. Effect & Amendment

These Terms take effect upon your consent at sign-up or guest entry. The Operator may amend them within the bounds of law, with 30 days’ notice on this page and the landing page.

4. Provision of Service

The Operator provides the following: Core features: training records, statistics, health trends, AI coaching, calendar integration; Account management and sync across your devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch); Reminders (training, medication, health); Service improvement (no personal identifiers used). Some items may become paid for operational reasons, with 30 days’ notice. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons.

5. Member Obligations

Members must not infringe others’ rights, submit false information, abuse the service, or perform automated sign-ups, and must keep their account secure.

6. Operator Obligations

The Operator protects members’ personal information per the Privacy Policy and handles legitimate complaints within 7 business days. The Operator shows no ads and does not provide member data to third parties for profit.

7. Disclaimer

Budo’s AI-coach responses, HealthKit/BLE measurements, and drug/food information are for reference only and cannot replace medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. Always consult a physician or pharmacist for medication and treatment decisions. Martial-arts practice carries a risk of injury; train under a qualified instructor appropriate to your physical condition.

8. Content Rights

Copyright in Content entered or uploaded by a member belongs to that member. The Operator processes Content only to provide the service and sync across devices. External-source data follows the app’s "Data Sources" attribution.

9. Withdrawal & Discontinuation

Members may withdraw anytime via Settings → Account → Delete; data is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period (cancellable). The Operator may restrict use after prior notice for material violations, and will give 30 days’ notice before discontinuing the service.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first resolved by consultation, then by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. This applies even to members residing abroad.

11. Effective Date

These Terms take effect on 2026-06-22.

1. 目的

2kanineh.com プラットフォームは大韓民国憲法をはじめとするすべての関係法令を遵守します。 本規約は 2kanineh(以下「運営者」)が提供する 2kanineh.com プラットフォームサービス-Budo(武道の稽古・身体管理・日常運営を統合する記録アプリ)の利用条件・手続および運営者と会員の権利義務を定めます。

2. 定義

「会員」とは本規約に同意し 2kanineh.com プラットフォームサービス-Budo を利用する者、「コンテンツ」とは会員が入力・アップロードしたデータをいいます。

3. 効力・変更

本規約は会員登録またはゲスト入場時の同意で効力を生じます。運営者は法令の範囲で改定でき、変更時は本画面および landing ページに30日前に告知します。

4. サービスの提供

運営者は次を提供します:主要機能の提供:稽古記録・統計・健康推移・AIコーチング・予定統合、アカウント管理と本人端末間の同期(iPhone・iPad・Apple Watch)、リマインダー通知(稽古・服薬・健康)、サービス改善(個人識別情報は使用しません)。運営上の事情で一部が有償となる場合があり、その際は30日前に告知します。点検・技術的事由により一時中断することがあります。

5. 会員の義務

会員は他者の権利を侵害せず、虚偽情報・不正利用・自動登録を行わず、アカウントの安全を保つ義務があります。

6. 運営者の義務

運営者は会員の個人情報を方針に従って保護し、正当な苦情を営業日7日以内に処理します。運営者は広告を掲載せず、会員データを第三者へ営利目的で提供しません。

7. 免責事項

Budo の AIコーチ応答・HealthKit/BLE 測定値・薬物/食品情報は参考用であり、医学的な診断・処方・治療に代わるものではありません。服薬・治療の判断は必ず医師・薬剤師にご相談ください。武道の稽古には負傷のリスクがあり、ご自身の身体状態に合わせ、有資格の指導者の案内に従ってください。

8. コンテンツの権利

会員が入力・アップロードしたコンテンツの著作権は会員本人に帰属します。運営者はサービス提供・端末間同期の範囲でのみ処理します。外部出典データはアプリの「データ出典」表記に従います。

9. 退会・サービス中断

会員は設定 → アカウント → 退会でいつでも退会でき、30日の猶予後に永久削除されます(取消可)。運営者は重大な違反時に事前通知のうえ利用を制限でき、サービス終了時は30日前に告知します。

10. 紛争解決・準拠法

本規約は大韓民国法令に従います。紛争はまず協議し、未解決時は民事訴訟法上の管轄裁判所で処理します。会員が外国居住者でも適用されます。

11. 施行日

本規約は 2026-06-22 より施行されます。
